The Swell-Form Pro is the pinnacle of the Swell-Form lineup. This machine is designed to be the ultimate solution for forming a high volume of diagrams at high speed. The Swell-Form Pro features the same superior quality components as its smaller sibling (Swell-Form), but operates at an impressive work rate of 16 pages per minute.

The Swell-Form Pro features a speed-adjustable conveyor belt which takes all the effort out of producing top quality tactile diagrams, while delivering reliable results time and time again. Additionally, the Pro will take any size of paper up to 11x17” allowing for the creation of large scale diagrams and graphics.

Additionally, the Swell-Form Pro is easy to use and requires no formal training thanks to well laid out controls and safety features like a large emergency stop and entry and exit hand guards. The controls feature labeling in Braille and tactile indication to make the unit safe and simple for all to use. The speed of the belt is variable to allow the user to regulate the amount of swell the paper undergoes, and set a comfortable work rate.

The end product is a high quality tactile learning aid, which can be reproduced quickly and affordably in large quantities.

Swell-Touch Paper

Swell-Touch Paper is utilized for Tactile Graphics machines manufactured by Zychem, PIAF, and Reprotronics. This paper ‘swells’ along specified lines and diagrams when being used with these heat processors.

This product is used primarily to produce tactile diagrams, maps, charts, and mathematical tables. These diagrams can also be used with the Touch Graphics and T3 Touch Screen systems.
