Perkins Braillers, manufactured by Perkins Howe Press, are simple machines used to write Braille. Developed in 1961, this ‘Braille typewriter’ has revolutionized communication for the blind, by making it much easier for both visually impaired users and Braille transcribers to write Braille.

The Standard Perkins Brailler will meet the needs of most people. It is sturdy and portable and can emboss 25 lines with 42 cells on an 11" x 11 1/2" sheet of paper. Includes dust cover and wooden eraser.

** The Standard Perkins Brailler comes in three colors, Gray, Blue and Green. When ordering online please specify which color you would prefer in the comments section.
