Before the Everest-D V4, embossers were limited to continuous tractor feed paper.. The Everest-D V4 uses cut sheep paper, plastic, or thin metal, making it an easy and effective printer for basic Braille production or for more complicated applications. With this embosser, there is no need for hand separation, special cutting equipment, or special paper. The ease of use has made it a popular choice in schools, homes and the work place. It is blind user friendly with a Brailled keypad and speech output.

The Everest-D V4 is a completely redesigned embosser from Index Braille. It merges the successful models of the Everest-D and 4x4 Pro into a highly flexible embosser. The Everest-D V4 is now capable of creating documents in newspaper/magazine format, in addition to standard single page embossing.
